Shipping policy
As of 02/01/2025 Once a package leaves our facility it is the responsibility of the carrier to refund the package. We package and ship orders. Once shipped they are out of our control and we will NOT refund or resend any packages fedex, UPS or USPS looses. We will file a claim and when that claim is granted then we will refund it. Incorrect addresses or failed to deliver do not fall on General Wholesale. No exceptions. No refunds. No replacements.
